Malcolm runs the withdrawal testing behind Sorcan. Every operator in the ranking is funded with real Canadian dollars, played, and then cashed out at least twice — once on a card or bank rail and once on Interac e-Transfer where it is offered.

What he measures

• Time to money — from pressing withdraw to funds landing, not the figure in the operator's help pages
• Where the delay sits — pending window, manual review, or the payment rail itself. These are three different problems and only one of them is the bank's fault.
• When verification is asked for — an operator that verifies at signup pays faster than one that waits until you try to leave
• Whether the bonus terms in the account match the ones advertised

How the ranking is decided

Measured payout time carries the most weight, then banking coverage for Canadian players, then the real cost of clearing the welcome offer. Commercial relationships carry none. Operators who pay us have been published with slow times, and will be again — a ranking that can be bought tells the reader nothing.
